- Google Business Profile data you authorise us to access via Google's secure sign-in — such as your business listing information, posts, reviews, and performance insights — so we can manage and improve your profile.
- WhatsApp conversation content — the messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp to operate the Service.
- Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card or bank details.
- Basic usage and device data — standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to run and secure the website.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — managing your Google Business Profile, creating posts, drafting review replies, running audits, and sharing insights;
- To communicate with you over WhatsApp and email about your account, demos, and support;
- To process subscriptions and payments;

Google API disclosure. Harry AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access your Google Business Profile data to provide features you have asked for, and we do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
3. AI processing
To draft posts and review replies, relevant content may be processed by trusted AI service providers. We share only what is needed to generate that content, and we do not sell your data to these providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service platforms needed to run the Service — Google (to manage your profile), Meta/WhatsApp (to message you), and AI providers (to draft content);
- Payment processors to handle billing securely;
- Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can ask us to delete your data (see "Your rights" below).
